Terms and Conditions

Set Up Costs:

* At a minimum of 250 persons BFB will assume costs for.
- All costs relating to license (temporary event notice).
- All transport costs.
- All insurances relating to public and staff liability.
* Below 250 persons these costs may be chargeable by prior arrangement.
* Electric supply is to be made available on site.

Running Costs:

* BFB will assume all costs relating to staff and stock.
* BFB will pay all relevant PAYE and VAT on payroll and stock purchases.

Income:

* BFB will monitor all income with reportable tills.
* BFB will be responsible for all VAT payable on turnover.
* Account bars are by prior arrangement only and cannot be set up 'adhock'
* Deposits may be required for account bars.

Commission or Concession fee:

* Concession fees must be agreed and invoiced in advance.
* Commission rates will always be subject to a minimum turnover to be
mutually agreed.
* BFB will make full and transparent records available to justify commission
paid.
