Duncan Colvin operates Big Fish Bars from The Old Inn, Kilmington.

The couple also own Whitty's Pizzeria and Coffee Stop in the centre of Axminster.

Duncan has a career in hotel, restaurant and bar management across the region.

His career has given him fantastic experience operating bars at festivals and for large student events, as well as catering to weddings and parties in marquees and other unique venues.

Big Fish Bars was established to formalize on a side of the the pub business which has grown each year. In 2009 Duncan set up and managed 18 separate bars.

Duncan has established links with a national brewery and many local and regional brewers so that each event his team bring a selection of ales unique to the area.

As an experienced licensee he is able to advise on all aspects of setting and managing bars in unique locations. He is able to advise of licensing and entertainment regulations.
